Larry serves as President/Executive Director to the Board
Larry serves as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Cocoa, Florida. He is a Certified Economic Developer with the International Economic Development Council. He is a graduate of Tiffin University receiving an MBA with honors in 2002, and holds an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Akron , Mr. Lallo has served as Executive Director of the Barberton Community Development Corporation, a multi million dollar community development corporation; successfully managing several multi-sourced revolving loan funds, real estate development activities and property management activities, and has served as CEO of the Barberton Community Foundation, managing an asset base of $90 million, and annual grant making of approximately $5 million. Mr. Lallo also is a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and has served with the Barberton Rotary Club, the City of Fairlawn Rotary Club, the Northeast Ohio District Rotary Grants Committee, the NEFCO Comprehensive Economic Development Survey Committee, the Southern Summit Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Stark State Community College Foundation,
